Waitlist signup: Email address and optional name when you join our early access waitlist.
Account data: When you create an account via Clerk, we receive your name, email, and profile image. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled by Clerk.
Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics via Vercel Analytics, including page views and general geographic region. We do not track individual browsing behavior.
Search data: If you use AI product analysis (paid feature), we store your search queries and results to provide history and saved reports.
Payment data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank details. We receive only a Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
We use your data to: (a) provide the AstroMarket service and free tools, (b) send transactional emails (waitlist confirmation, account notifications), (c) process payments via Stripe, (d) improve our platform based on anonymized usage patterns, and (e) communicate product updates to waitlist subscribers.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers who are necessary to operate the platform:
We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session cookies) and analytics (Vercel). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our free tools work without any cookies.
Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal. Account data is retained while your account is active. Search history is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data, (b) request correction of inaccurate data, (c) request deletion of your data, (d) export your data in a portable format, and (e) withdraw consent for marketing emails. To exercise these rights, email hello@astromarket.io.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Clerk, and encrypted database connections. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AstroMarket is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
