1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AstroMarket (astromarket.io), including our free tools, blog, knowledge base, and any paid services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

AstroMarket provides AI-powered product research tools, calculators, educational content, and market analysis for e-commerce sellers. Our free tools provide estimates and calculations based on publicly available data and mathematical models. Paid features include AI-generated product analysis reports using real-time web data.

3. Account Registration

Some features require creating an account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Free Tools

Our free calculators and tools (FBA calculator, sales estimator, ACOS calculator, etc.) provide estimates based on mathematical models and publicly documented fee structures. These are approximations, not guarantees. Actual fees, sales, and costs may differ. Always verify with the relevant platform (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.) before making business decisions.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) use automated scraping tools against our platform, (b) resell or redistribute our analysis reports, (c) attempt to circumvent usage limits or authentication, (d) use the platform for any illegal purpose, or (e) misrepresent AstroMarket data as your own proprietary research.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, and code on AstroMarket are the property of AstroMarket and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use our tools for your personal or business research but may not copy or redistribute them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AstroMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of sales estimates, fee calculations, or AI-generated analysis. Product research involves inherent risk, and you are solely responsible for your business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

AstroMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, inventory losses, or business decisions made based on our tools or analysis.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
